The full title page follows page 62, and dedication here to Lady Llanover.The 6, (vi) pages following, are the Preface..A note points out that no index is issued. One sepia photograph is laid onto the verso of the next leaf, and the opposite page is blank, the required photo having been used at the front of the volume.
