4to, pp. [viii], 540 [541 - 542 additional index], 22, 56, 57 [58 blank], 65 [66 blank], 32, 33 [34 blank], with the liberty icon at the foot of the last page of text, contemporary calf, spine ornately gilt in compartments, red morocco label; binding restored, with old spine laid down and joints renewed, top and base of spine renewed, corners restored. A very good copy. This edition of Sydney's works by Thomas Hollis was first published in 1763; this second edition contains revisions and corrections by Joseph Robertson.
