BLIGHT Anthony George Roesch and the Invincible Talbot , London: Grenville Publications, 1970.

First Edition. Cloth. Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall Very nice copy of this excellent history of the Roesch Talbots which swept the motor racing board between 1926 and 1935, and saved the company. Roesch was the Chief engineer of the company, and his death in 1969 provoked this tribute. 496 pps including appendices, well illustrated. Not inscribed or price-clipped, jacket shows minor wear. A second impression was published in 1996, but this first edition is a very uncommon title. vf444. (Book ref. 015989)  £175.00
