Very Good +/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall Very good copy of this illustrated edition of Shakespeare's Winter's Tale, with 12 coloured pictures painted in tempura. Red cloth with gold lettering, dulled with age. Not dated but believed to be the first edition of 1922. Interesting article by the artist at rear discussing the difficulties of the task.
