Letter reads: "Mr. Pitt humbly begs leave to transmit for the information of his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales a copy of the address intended to be mov'd this day in the House of Commons. Mr. Pitt takes the liberty to add this the sum of twenty thousand pounds towards the works at Carlton House is mentioned as over account, it being His Majesty's intention to recommend it to Parliament next year to make such further permission for that purpose as may appear to be necessary in a furhter examination of the estimate delivered as by His Royal Highness' orders.
