Clean text throughout, just a little light foxing to the back of the frontis. VG. Chronicle detailing the annals of the restoration of the monastery St Edmund, Bury St. Edmunds, 1173-1202, under Samson of Tottinton. One of the best sources for the internal economy & workings of a monastery to have survived.
