Forty six illustrations by Harry Furniss. Previous owner's illustrated (two crows in a tree with the title "The Wicked Borroweth and Payeth Not Again") bookplate to inside front board of Emma Louisa Turner, ornithologist and author who was one of only a few women admitted as a Fellow of the Linnean Society.
