This document is the Parliamentary Record of the report to the League of Nations Permanent Mandates Commission on the conclusions of the Shaw Commission [Cmd 3530] and the actions taken. These included arrangements for, [a] Sir John Hope Simpson to survey immigration and land development, & [b] H L Dowbiggin to investigate the shortcomings in the police force.
