Landscape format 9" x 11", 64pp. Charming story (though somewhat politically incorrect) with 15 very attractive colour plates by the author and a number of black and white illustrations. Red cloth with black titles and illustration to front. Cloth is slightly darkened to edges and spine and has a significant bump to lower edge. Slightly bumped and rubbed to corners. Previous owner's gift inscription to endpapers which are slightly browned. Some weakness to front joint with splitting to endpapers. Text and plates are clean and bright though there is the occasional folded down corner. No dw. Hard Cover. Good+ copy. (Book ref. 3387) £23.00
