Fold out chart showing geological strata is in very good condition with just one closed tear along the start of a fold. General map missing. This book has almost certainly been rebound and has new endpapers. Green cloth is marked and spotted (with white paint?) to front. On the first prelim is sticky taped in a 1943 letter from a local paper from a Miss Cudworth complaining that despite the good name of William Cudworth (journalist, antiquarian and author of this volume) J.
