Pp (viii), 184. with 61 text figs. and 127 hand-writing samples/autographs of the famous, including Charles Darwen and Marie Antionette. Neat signature of a previous owner, one M. Marriott, to the front free endpaper, otherwise very good, in the original green cloth-covered boards/black titles, and with the most uncommon, and unclipped, dust-wrapper. This, the Third, Revised and Enlarged, Edition is by far and away the best, having as it does, ninety-three pages more than the first edition, and forty-three more than the second.
