Those taking part included Edie Adams, The Black & White Minstrel Show, Rosemary Clooney, Johnny Dankworth and his Orchestra, Dickie Henderson, Bob Hope, Frank Ifield, Eartha Kitt, Cleo Laine, Cliff Richard, Edmundo Ros, Harry Secombe, The Shadows, Andy Stewart, Eric Sykes, Sophie Tucker, Norman Vaughan, Mike & Bernie Winters, etc. Programme Stewards included Eddie Reindeer and Harry Ristori. Several photos and advertisements including some in colour. 56pp. Printed card covers a little marked. Minor spotting at prelims. Purple silk ribbon ties with tassel.
