Photograph of Irene Vanbrugh, as she appeared in "The Twelve Pound Look" by J.M. Barrie at the Duke of York's Theatre. She subsequently appeared in this play, again with Edmund Gwenn, at leading music halls including the London Hippodrome. Photograph measuring 9x11" mounted on stiff card, and inscribed to "Edmund Gwenn - May you be very happy - your ungrateful Kate, from your grateful Irene Vanbrugh."
