The full-page photographs include Margot Fonteyn, Moira Shearer, Pamela May, Harold Turner, Beryl Grey, Violetta Elvin, which all of them have signed. Six dancers have also signed at the list of The Corps de Ballet, which includes Philip Chatfield, Jill Gregory and Kenneth Melville.
