Followed by an appendix pp. 1-201 which contains a. alphabetical list of those mentioned in the text, followed by an extensive list of the war service of those and from which council departments they had worked. An asterisk throughout indicates who died in the war. Between 2 and 5 lines are devoted to each serviceman. There is a presentation book to A.B. and P. G. O'Donnell from London County Council.
