There are also in this volume "original articles from the the most complete system of cookery every yet exhibited". Bound in recent quarter calf with marbled boards. The spine has raised bands and blind stamped compartments with a new black leather label and gilt title.One page only, the first of the contents page has some thumb marks. Scans available.
