2nd. Printing. pp. xxv, 360. In a sumptious full calf armorial binding. The spine with raised bands has gilt title and author labels on black leather. The upper panel is gilt bordered. The three lower panels carry elaborate gilt decoration. The boards are both gilt ruled and each carries a gilt embossed armorial crest. The doublures are blind ruled in a sinuous style. The endpapers and the edges are marbled. There is some slight staining to the boards and a small chip from the spine. This apart a very good superbly bound copy. (Book ref. 3112)  £30.00
