There is no wrapper. The book itself has been covered in a clear adhesive plastic film. This element of vandalism has, however, preserved the brown cloth boards in excellent condition. The contents are in very good plus condition. There is no cracking, or weakness at the hinges. In all a very good to very good plus hardback copy. Loosely inserted is Heyerdahl's obituary from "The Times." (Book ref. 4741)  £37.50
