Authors include RLS, Andrew Lang, R.F. Murray and Austin Dobson. Beautifully printed by T. & A. Constable. Decorated Red Letter Title. Plain bordered text with running heads and side notes in red. In full vellum gilt with Yapp fore edges. The gilt decoration to spine and boards is a repeating pattern of St. Andrew with his Cross. The title in Latin and English provides a fine border. The original silk tie is still attached to the back board. A calligrahic gift inscription of 1985, in red ink is to the half title. Some proof of the esteem in which the University is held by its students. This and a small bump to the head of the spine are the only elements which detract from this very good plus hardback copy.
