It starts with the 4pp. Dedication to William Benn, Esq; Lord Mayor of the City of London. [1746]. The 4pp. Preface completes the prelims. Vol. II. is bound without the half title. The 4pp. Preface to Vol. I. is repeated. The volume lacks the last leaf. In full contemporary leather which is worn and soiled but still strong and sound. The endpapers are wanting. Some near contemporary ownership inscriptions adorn the dedicatory leaves and the title to Vol. II. The edges are browned and this extends a trifle onto the margins. Some internal soiling.
