1st. thus. The map, prepared by Messrs. G. W. Bacon, is to a scale of 8 miles to the inch It is presented as 34 card sheets 8 inches by 5 inches together with an index map. These are in the original brown cloth thumb indented slip case. On the verso of each map the locations of police speed traps are given. In addition there are testimonials to the efficacy of Duckham's products together with a price list for the same. There are thumb marks to the top of the index map and to the verso of the last sheet. This apart the maps are in very good condition. The slip case is a trfle soiled and rubbed but is still perfectly sound. A scarce item from the days of Veteran Motoring. (Book ref. 6137)  £72.50
