Tape reinforcement affecting paste-downs and eps.Generally worn an rubbed with corners bumped but good and sound. Very early appearance (1922) of cartoons by Joseph Lee, when he was only 20 year old. (Ca a dozen represented here). later famous for his long-running series 'London Laughs' (later 'Smiling Through' for the London Evening News 1934-66 making him the longest running dailty cartoonist in history.
