Original Grey Card covers with black lettering to front. Published in 2 Volumes. Cover of Vol 1 has a closed tear (3" long) at top left corner of spine. Another closed tear at bottom corner which goes across the spine. Cover of vol 2 has 3 closed tears along sides of spine (2 are 1" long at top and the other is 3" long at bottom). Binding firm. Pages in nice, clean condition, just a few penciled arrows in a few margins. No written inscriptions except a previous owners name at top of cover of vol 2. (see photo). Weighs over 2 Kilos so postage outside UK will be extra. (Book ref. 007045)  £40.00
