Half-Leather. Near Very Good. Illustrated Stories, Articles etc. Frontis has a lovely colour painting of a young girl on a Balcony "Leaving Home", by Maud Porter. Artists include Gordon Browne, Robert Barnes and Allan Barraud. First Article "The Capture of the Slaver" by Rev. D. Gath Whitley, Illustrated with some B&W Photos. Original Brown Half Leather Binding with green dimpled cloth covered boards and leather corners. Gilt title, decoration & date to spine. Marbled Endpapers. 10" Tall. Slight edge wear and a little rubbing to boards. Hinges sound, binding firm and pages in very nice, clean condition. Weighs nearly 2 Kilos so postage will be extra. (Book ref. 007493)  £20.00
