Full-Leather. Fair/No Jacket. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall Book Complete with 2 Fold-Out Maps, of the Ancient World and the Roman Empire. Frontispiece has an engraved portrait of Goldsmith. Illustrated Title Page followed by a Printed Title Page dated 1826. Contemporary Brown full leather cover, crudely repaired with a wide strip of leather covering the spine and overlapping the boards (see photo). Front hinge cracked and repaired with tape. Text block firm. Pages in very good condition, only a little foxing, mostly to first and last few pages. 6 3/4" Tall (Book ref. 007760) £40.00
