Williams. Fixed to the endpaper is an interesting letter (covering 2 sides) from Angela du Maurier (Ferryside, Bodinnick-by-Fowey, Cornwall) in which she thanks the Arch Deacon for giving her the book's title "The Frailty of Nature" in one of his sermons. Very moving novel about a young Anglican Priest whose story is told with love and compassion by his wife, several months after his death. Green cloth cover with bright gilt lettering to spine. 8" Tall. some edge wear to jacket and a tiny closed tear (1/4" long) to front. Not clipped. (Book ref. 008090)  £110.00
