First Edition (First Impression). Half-Leather. Very Good +. An unusual binding with nice gilt decoration to the spine. Corners are bumped and worn and the spine ends are worn at the extremities. Internally it is in nice condition and the Hokusai end papers are present as are all the plates. I don't know if this was a publishers special binding or not.
