First Edition (First Impression). Cloth. Very Good ++. 9 plates and 5 maps all present and in good order. The book is clean, tight and bright with just very minor finger marks on spine, a couple of small light waterstains on rear board and gentle bumping to spine ends but no other flaws. This might be because the book has clearly never been read as many pages are uncut.
