First Edition (First Impression). Cloth. Very Good +. Inscribed By Author Inscription from "the author and his wife" on the end paper. Plates, map and plan all present. Boards are very slightly grubby and the spine is a little dirty but the lettering is still clear. Pocket at rear has a slight tear but the plan inside it is in nice condition. Inner hinges intact and no internal problems. Uncommon in first edition.
