First Edition. Vellum. Very Good +. 8 plates present. A very tight and solid copy. The vellum is quite finger marked and grubby on the boards and the leading edges have turned over where they extend beyond the text block. The spine lettering has all but gone but the spine is quite clean. Internally the hinges are intact and solid and there a re no flaws but there is a contemporary gift inscription on the front end paper.
