A very nice clean, tight and bright set of this attractive and uncommon edition. Published as 4 volumes in 8 parts. Deckled front and bottom edges. The boards, and the vellum looking cloth spines, are mostly clean apart from some minor finger marks here and there. The only flaw with this set, and it is a production flaw, is that the paste downs show some browning where the glue shows through and, on some volumes, this has offset onto the free endpapers. It is however quite a minor defect and otherwise the pages are clean and bright and without foxing. A very good looking set.
