First Edition. Cloth. Very Good. nd. [1914] All plates present although 2 are mis-indexed. 10pp publishers advertisments at rear. Rules of golf (1907) at rear of text (and they are SO much simpler then than they are now!). A clean and tight book but very colour faded to the boards. Front board lightly faded, spine colour completely faded but gilt lettering still clear and rear board faded on about 2/3 of area. A couple of minor stains to spine. Internally the only flaw is a tiny curved line of old worming on rear board with same on end paper but it extends no further. A decent copy but not a sharp one.
