The binding is in Relon `Terre de Cuivre' made by Rougier & Pie, Paris, and the endpapers are Ingres 'Tabac' made by Canson & Montgolfier, Paris. The brasses were cut by Mackrell of Essex and Avison of London. The jacket paper is `Tre Kronor' from the Tumba Mill, Stockholm. The book was designed by Montague and Susan Shaw, printed by Vivian Ridler at The University Press, Oxford, and bound by Bookbinders of London.
