Six coloured 'pop-up' plates of caged animals. All the cages lacking several bars, the birds missing from the top of the monkey cage else all complete. Oblong folio (14 X 10 3/4 inches). Original cloth=backed coloured pictorial boards; a poor copy. Backstrip ripped and incomplete, corner of boards and text bumped and rounded, crease to upper boards, title held in with brown paper tape on inner margin, lacking free endpapers, stitching broken. Title-page horribly hand-coloured and scribbled on, some of the plates with some surface abrasion. Not at all a pretty copy but it may prove useful for "spares". (Book ref. 11621)  £45.00
