Only edition. Tipped-in coloured frontispiece and 39 tipped-in coloured plates with tissue guards. Folio (12 3/4 x 9 1/2 inches), original wrappers, bearing mounted coloured illustration as issued, over plain boards. A few small punctures to upper joint, edges of wrappers bumped, some tissue guards creased, corner crease to two of the tipped-in plates. Overall very good. Calligraphic presentation leaf tipped-in at front presenting this volume to F. H. Quarrie, R.N. by the Staff and Apprentices H.M. Dockyard School, Malta. (Book ref. 12227)  £240.00
