Three brown marks at sides of spine at the front and back where the book has been stapled (the covers hide the staples) 142pp. With frontispiece and 5 photographs of the children and teacher Mrs. Olwen Harris, plan of Ruskin Villa (opposite Cradley Heath railway station), and plan also of the Glen (Glenholme) No. 9 in Sydney Road, Cradley Heath, West Midlands. the house Mrs. Harris lived in after leaving Ruskin Villa. A teacher's diary starting the 1st January to 31st December, it doesn't give the year, but reading through it appears to be the year of 1956. The school is Hoo Brook Church of England School, Kidderminster in the County of Worcestershire. A really good social history of a teachers life in the mid 1950s. (8¼"h x 5¼w) (21cms x 14cms).
