First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.. Has been attractively re-bound in half leather. Fore-edge has some light marks which do not show on the pages. Half-title, title-page and Errata page (at the back ) have two narrow strips of browning at front edge. Pages 331 to 339 and from 601 to Errata page have a few spots of foxing. Tiny piece missing at front edge of page 167. Small gold bookseller's label inside front board. Some of the names have a pencil tick by them and there is an ink and two pencil annotations.
