First edition. 4to, 496pp. Text illustrations. Original green cloth. Rebacked retaining original spine, spine dull, corners worn, fore-edge thumbed, overall a near-good copy. A manuscript statement on the dedication page reads "We send this book from Hungary, so unjustly destroyed by Trianon, we send it to powerful Great Britain, as a token of our deep esteem. Assure yourself personally how unjustly we have been treated by the treaty of Trianon! Szoreg 1929 Janniar 12." This dedication is signed by Kavoics Hoizton (?) and a signature that I cannot read (a note enclosed with the book claims this to be the PM of New Hungary).
