Folio - over 12" - 15" tall Complete in 3 volumes, last folio edition?. Collation, xxiii[3]557pp, [14]581pp, [22]603pp[1][19]pp index, complete with half titles, and frontis portraits. Bound in contemporary full panelled calf, raised bands, gilt lines, leather title labels. Calf rubbed on edges/corners, with some wear loss, hinge joints split or splitting, all boards firmly attached by bands cords, some scuff marking. Generally good attractive contemporary bindings. Internally, no loose pages, early previous owners bookplate, early signature/place dated 1741 on half titles, some occasional light dust marking on margins. Pages in very good clean condition.
