Bound in full contemporary calf, with gilt bands, centre tooling and title lettering. Calf lightly rubbed, slight wear loss on head and tail of spines, hinge joints have wear lines, but boards are holding firm. Generally both bindings in good attractive condition. Internally, no loose pages, no writing marking, early booksellers label on endpaper, ( Murray, Moray House. Derby ), early owners signature on top edge of title pages.
