Notable Scottis Trials serice, green cloth with gilt titles and top edges. 9ins x 5.75 approx, 246pp + publisher's catalogue, illus with plates, an account of one of the most famous civil cases in Scottish legal history, two short splits in top of spine (the longer one is just under a quarterof an inch) and some shelf wear to tail of spine but minimal wear to corners just lightly rubbed pages a little browned with a hint of foxing but overall still a very nice copy of one of the rarest titles in this series (Book ref. 448)  £120.00
