The book is illustrated with 50 photographic portraits, with the printed signatures, of leading clergy and laymen in the Church of Scotland, and all fifty portraits called for are present. Dark red bevelled boards, spine blocked gold and sun faded: front board blocked black with rule and Society's device. Contains the Lee Lecture, and then a lengthy survey of the Church Service Society including a membership list. Bears a signed dedication on the ffep from a William Kerr, to Padre Robertson, DSO DD. The Rev John Kerr, 1852-1920, was Treasurer of the Society. This is a very scarce item. (Book ref. 12638)  £195.00
