There is an inscription on the ffep, "For Desmond in memory of my beloved Papa from Sonia 1973". Sonia Keppel, 1900-1986, was the daughter of Alice and George Keppel. Alice was a mistress of Edward VII. Sonia became Sonia Rosemary Cubitt, Baroness Ashcombe, and was the grandmother of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. An interesting association copy.
