Orig. plum coloured blind-stamped cloth. The 'illustrations' referred to on the title pages of Ten Thousand A-Year appear to mean elucidations of points in the notes rather than images, though there are two engr. frontispieces by Green, and one other plate. Vol. I chipped at head and tail (without loss), spines faded, otherwise a sound set. (Book ref. 2805)  £75.00
