pp.viii, 134, printed at the Chiswick Press. Orig. maroon sand-grained cloth with brown leather spine, the latter a bit worn and softened at head of spine but no loss of material. Stitching badly pulled before gathering B - needs resewing though otherwise sound. The contents have some overlap with the later published editions, but are considerably different, opening with 'My Mistress's Boots'. At the end is a 20 pp. booklet of contemporary reviews. Uncommon.
