Spine edges frayed with closed slits, and inner hinges cracked and a little slack. Small ink blot in lower margin of p.1. Otherwise a good copy. The missing 'p' on p.59 has been restored, but the early date of the catalogue suggests an early issue (Book ref. 4194)  £40.00
