Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 5¾" - 6'' Tall This is a Very Good Copy of this Hardcover book in blue cloth with gilt title lettering to spine and upper cover.No Dust-Jacket.This copy has one previous owner's name to the front endpaper and there is one former owner's bookplate to the front pastedown.This is the scarce second Issue edition with the four Iris design to the upper cover stamped in blind with red and black title page lettering.The boards remain nice and bright and clean.There is some slight cracking to the front and rear gutter hinge joins but this is not at all substantial and does not detracyt from what is a pleasnat copy of an uncommon title.Stated New Impression November 1898 to the copyright page.8vo 310pp New Impression (2nd Issue) Scarce (Book ref. 61848)  £170.00
