Folio - over 12" - 15" tall This is a Near Fine Copy of this hardcover Book in green cloth with pictorial embossed design to front boards showing a Thames River Scene.Superb and bright copy full of engravings etchings,drawings and maps within the text.The book has bevelled edges to boards and all page edges are in lavish gilt with original floral endpapers and there is one former bookplater to the front pastedown which is that of The Worshipful Company of Cutlers.The book has a firm binding with no hinge weakness and there is no leaning to the spine.There is a little spotrting to the endpapers.Great copy for the collector folio 367pp First Edition (Book ref. 62620) £125.00
