1st Edition: 193pp, [6 publishers advertisements], illustrated, 8 in colour and nine in b/w from the Author's water-colour drawings, plus other b/w photographs and a sketch Map. Navy covers with gilt titling to front cover and spine. Spine faded, covers slightly grubby, very slight foxing. The author's account of her travels, largely by pony, westward from the south of Iceland, round Snofellsnes, and back to the north-west in1929. Newspaper cuttings relating to Leynifoss falls laid in has discoloured index pages 184-185, also laid in postcard of frontispiece, owners bookplate verso front cover and gift inscription on fep.Good (Book ref. 1949)  £25.00
