Internally a nice firm and very clean copy in its original black cloth as issued, with a slight inoffensive nick at the bottom of the top board. Pollards of London, established in the mid-1890s, were specialist shopfitters to the jewellery trade. This catalogue is therefore an outstanding record of jewellery retail presentation and practices in London in the decade following the second world war.
